Is Lemonade Insurance actually bad? I’d love honest reviews.

As someone who had a fire in my apartment, my experience with Lemonade was awful because my adjuster was constantly unreachable, being out of the office or on breaks. It took weeks for them to send a vendor for my furniture, and by then it was almost thrown away. This left me homeless and without furniture for a month after the fire. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on my claim experience.
