Listen to me, do NOT expect them to cover much. Someone else said they will “BARELY cover any kind of medical payment”. This makes me think I’m paying for nothing.
You’re not alone. I had to actually change my entire bank account and cards just to stop them from trying to bill me, even after I had confirmation of cancellation four times. It was such a hassle.
I had a terrible time with them too. I called to cancel, and they asked for my SSN to provide documents. Because I didn’t give it, they kept calling, texting, and emailing me for weeks asking for payment. It felt really scammy.
